Parts for a lugged stem, and a bar I lathed to the outside diameter of the steer-column lug so that I could test the tube mitre.



Wooden blocks for holding tube

Tube cut to length and mitred to fit the lugs on a 16 degree slope

I will have the lugs chrome-plated and spray the tube gloss black.
